*સૌરાષ્ટ્ર યુનિવર્સીટી વિસ્તારના સરકારી નોકરી કરતાં ઉમેદવારો કે જેને ઇનસર્વિસ CCC પ્રમાણપત્રની જરૂરીયાત હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ જ આ ફોર્મ ભરવાનું રહેશે. અન્ય ઉમેદવાર ફોર્મ ભરશે તો તેમનું ફોર્મ રદ્દ બાતલ થશે તેમજ ફી પરત મળી શકશે નહી.

*ઉમેદવારે ફોર્મમાં દર્શાવેલ બધી જ માહિતી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાની રહેશે. અધુરી કે ખોટી માહિતી ધરાવતું ફોર્મ રદ્દ બાતલ થશે.

*ફોર્મ ભરવા અંગેની સુચના

કોઇપણ પ્રકારની Spelling ની ભુલ જે તે ઉમેદવારની જ રહેશે ત્યારબાદ કોઇપણ પ્રકારના સુધારા કરવામાં આવશે નહી તેમજ તે જ નામનું પ્રમાણપત્ર મળશે.

Photo તેમજ Signature, ફોર્મમાં જણાવ્યા મુજબની સાઇઝમાં સ્પષ્ટ દેખાય તે રીતે અપલોડ કરવાનાં રહેશે.

ફોર્મ Save કર્યા બાદ તમને લાલ અક્ષરમાં User ID અને Password Display થશે જે નોંધી રાખો.

ફોર્મમાં તે જ પેઇજમાં નીચે Edit તેમજ Confirm & Print Option આવશે. જો કોઇ માહિતી સુધારવાની થતી હોય તો Edit દ્વારા સુધારવી Confirm & Print આપ્યા બાદ કોઇપણ માહિતી સુધરી શકશે નહી.

Confirm & Print આપવાથી મળેલ પ્રિન્ટેડ ફોર્મમાં તમારા વિભાગનાં વડાના સહિ સિક્કા કરાવવા.

હવે તમને આપેલ User ID અને Password થી ફરીથી Login થવુ. ત્યારબાદ Upload Document પર ક્લીક કરી સહિ સિક્કા વાળું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મની Scan Copy અપલોડ કરવી.

ત્યારબાદ Payment Option Select કરી Payment કરવું.

Payment Receipt Print કરી સાચવી રાખવી.

પરીક્ષા અંગેની અન્ય માહિતી આ વેબસાઇટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ થશે. ફોન દ્વારા સંપર્ક કરવો નહી.

જો આપે Payment કરેલ હોય તેમજ તમારા E-Mail Account માં Payment થયાનો Mail આવેલ હોય અને Fee ની રિસીપ તમારા લોગીન એકાઉન્ટ માં Download ન થાય તો 24 કલાક પહેલા ફરીવાર Payment કરવું નહીં.

How To Apply For Election Card Online ?

Offline Process

- For getting election card, you need to contact your near Both Level Officer (B.L.O.). He is sitting at school near you or the place you went for giving vote. He is there during the voter card correction programme.
- Fill up Form no. 6 for new voter ID card.
- Attach the documents releted to it such as ID proof, address proof & passport size photograph.
- Once it is varified by the officers, you will get your Voter ID card through B.L.O.
- But, if you know computer & internet. Then I will tell you easy method for getting your Election card online. Read the online method below.

Online Process

- Election Commission launched National Voter Service Portal for voter registration online. In short it is called NVSP. Click this name to go to portal for online voter service. Anyone from India apply for voter ID card easily using this portal.
- For new election card, follow below seven easy steps for register online.

● Step - 1 : Go to official web

- Go to NVSP site. But for Form no. 6, click this direct link.
- You can see form no. 6 in Hindi by default. You can change language to English.

●  Step - 2 : Selection of Area

- Select State, District and Assembly/Parliamentary Constituency of your area of you.
- If you are fresh voter then select the option As a first time voter & if you shifted your Assembly/Parliamentary Constituency area then select second option.

● Step - 3 : Mandatory Particulars

- Write your name, surname, name of father/husband, and select relation.
- Write your age as per given date in bracket or enter your birthdate in second option.

● Step - 4 : Resident & Contact Details

- Write resident address current and permenant two times. If both are same then click on same as above.
- Write your mobile number & E-mail ID. They are important to tract your request.

● Step - 5 : Document Upload

- Upload your documents. A passport size photograph, ID proof & address proof as JPG or PNG image in form.
- Select the document type from below it such as PAN card or Aadhar card which you upload.

● Step - 6 : Declaration

- Give declaration for voter ID. Write name of town/village, district, state & birthdate. This is for fresh voter.
- If you are shiffted then select second option & fill details.

● Step - 7 : Submit Application

- Submit you application by clicking on Submit batton at last. You are done now. You will track your application too. Read below.

Know Status of your Application

- You can tract your status of application from this portal too.
- Click this link for check the status. You need to enter reference id. This id will come your E-mail of mobile number you entered above.
